In Buddhism, gaining enlightenment is contingent on realizing that interconnectedness is the true nature of all beings. The air, the universe, and all those who inhabit our planet, are deeply connected.

Similarly, there are an infinite number of interconnections between species and elements in ecosystems.

What if we were to apply the same thinking to our world, our work, our teams? That, rather than existing independently, we exist in relation to others.
