Riley Tate is the designer of several of Gap International's Breakthrough Leader programs which have become integral components of the company's large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. He also directs Gap International's sophisticated knowledge-management system, which catalogs and maintains the company's intellectual property compiled over its 30 years of business.

 

As a consultant, Mr. Tate leads many of the company's Breakthrough Enterprise Consulting engagements and is a trusted partner to senior executives and teams across a variety of industries.

 

Prior to joining Gap International, Mr. Tate delivered personal and professional development programs for a national education corporation. For many years he led thousands of people through a week-long transformational program with a highly effective combination of both indoor and outdoor training experiences.

 

Mr. Tate received a B.A. in sociology from Pennsylvania State University, an M.A. in religion from the Chicago Theological Seminary, and an M.A. in social work from the University of Chicago.
