Pontish Yeramyan

Pontish Yeramyan is the founder and CEO of Gap International. For over 40 years, Ms. Yeramyan has worked with CEOs of FORTUNE and Global 500 companies in leading major growth initiatives that change their trajectory of performance, closing the gap from where they are to where they want to be. She guides CEOs at the enterprise level to create strategic frameworks, continuously innovate, and fulfill on their greatest ambitions.

Ms. Yeramyan also drives the strategic direction of Gap International. She has created groundbreaking programs in organizational alignment and leveraging the genius of people, with a firm belief that everyone in the world has genius. While leading and directing Gap International’s thought leadership, Ms. Yeramyan has also been a contributing writer to BusinessWeek.com, Forbes.com and the Huffington Post.

Ms. Yeramyan is passionate about contributing to the community, including correctional facilities and disadvantaged school districts. She has also been a major contributor to the Hunger Project, a global organization committed to ending world hunger. She serves on the Board of Directors for FAR, a non-profit organization committed to the long-term social and economic development of Armenia. 

Before starting Gap International, she was instrumental in establishing the English as a Second Language Department at Temple University and later consulted family-held businesses through The Wharton Applied Research Center.

Ms. Yeramyan received a B.A. in psychology and linguistics from Barnard College of Columbia University and an M.A. in linguistics from Michigan State University.
